Just because Monette was kind enough to let us know, I will throw in my
bit.
I tought school for a couple of years, (actually substituted at Ottawa a
bit too); then went on the road as a jewelry salesman, starting out with
Benrus Watch and ended up with a gold and diamond line. Then I went to law
school nights, and have been a trial attorney in Southern California for about
32 years now, and still going strong, (if that is a fair thing to call
it). I work seven days a week unless there is a dog show.
I also raise, show, handle and breed German shepherd dogs. I have been
married to Tedi Cline, (also from Ottawa) for a number of years. This month
is our anniversary, (somewhere between 40 and 45 years). She doesn't know
either, so I am safe. We are both AKC judges, and I have judged in Canada as
well as Mexico, and may be judging in Sweeden this year.
Each year I make the same New Year's resolution. To live another year. So
far, I haven't broken it.
In my link below are some pictures of my dogs. I am the old guy with the
gray hair. Go figure.
