The swamp! It was fun place to play. We a lot of adventures there. You are
also right about the front way and the back way to school. Great memories!

Hi, Larry,

Actually, I do remember that THE CURIOUS SAVAGE was not my favorite play,
but I don't recall hating everything about it.  We had great fun laughing
about Katie Dalvini's old lady shoes which we called Dickerson Walkers.  She
played the lead role.

Hi, Jim,

Concerning the pond on Blaine street, I remember it as a swamp where I used
to catch polliwogs.  We called the Blaine street way to school the "back
way."  If we took Kalamazoo Ave. past Boston Square, we called it the "front
way."  I have fond memories of buying goodies at Gene Meyer Pharmacy &
Christine's Dime Store.

Marcia

Marcia - I remember you hated EVERYTHING in "The Curious Savage".  Does
anyone remember Marlene Van Hall, our senior English teacher?  I remember
Roy Rubenstahl (sp?) making her cringe with his off-the-wall comments in the
middle of her classes.  Larry R.
