In response to the question about how to send email privately to just
one person:
It depends on what email software/browser you use. Most have a "send"
option where you have a choice:
--reply to all
--reply to sender
The wording may vary, but look for some wording that indicates it will
go back only to the original poster.
If you can't find it, just do this:
--Check to "To:" line before you reply and hit "send"
--If it says: TO: ohhs59@.... then it's going to the entire list
If it has the individual's name on the To: line, it's going only
to that person
--If you want it to go to an individual, but it has ohhs59 on the
To: line, cut-and-paste by deleting the ohhs59 address and copying
the individual's address to the To: line
