Re: Shoe Stores. Still have ten toes, but I'll bet the toenails have an elevated radium content to this day! My dad could be pretty smart at times back then, and he never let us get on those things. We had to distract him, then sneak on. Usually at Wurzburg's or Herpolsheimer's. Remember the rickety train ride at Christmas time in Herp's?
